Client Service Representative

Primary Responsibilities:

● Make both inbound and outbound calls to our existing clients
● Update client case files
● Assist with resolving client issues

Candidates should be able to:
● Have a professional, service-minded demeanor
● Be efficient with Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
● Be comfortable with being on the phone for the majority of the work day

Requirements:
● Must have customer service experience
● Must have experience in a high call volume environment
● Must have strong computer literacy
● Must have strong problem-solving skills
